SERVICE DESIGN (FULL-TIME)

Introduction

In the renovation of future production and lifestyle, service design systematically addresses the complex problems faced by organizations, processes and individuals. The integration and application of knowledge from different fields upgrades and optimizes the overall structure of existing services in industries such as finance, telecommunications, transportation, consulting and retail, while responding to the specific demands of people and the strategic demands of society. By integrating industry, academia and research, this program establishes a characteristic teaching mode that is complementary to disciplines. Being problem-driven and project-oriented, it cultivates innovative versatile talents, optimizes service design to adapt to the changes of the times, and provides pioneering practices for the exploration of innovative services in the design industry.
