Singapore Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Visits SFD

On November 20th, Long Jinlin, Dean of the School of Art and Design from Singapore Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and Principal of the Children's Art School, and Lin Hanchong, Dean of the School of Performing Arts, visited our school. At our invitation, Zhao Shaohua, former Deputy Secretary and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Culture, participated in the exchange visit. Dean Gao Peng and Assistant Dean Liang Xu, along with the heads of various laboratories, welcomed the guests at the Yuan Bai Building.

Dean Gao Peng welcomed Long Jinlin and Lin Hanchong, and briefly introduced the school's academic strengths, educational positioning, and vision. The heads of the laboratories presented the development and achivement of their laboratories. Long Jinlin and Lin Hanchong expressed their gratitude for our careful arrangements and provided an overview of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, including the School of Art and Design and the School of Performing Arts.

Both parties shared their respective development experiences and educational philosophies, discussed possibilities for student exchanges, collaborative design education projects, and student project collaborations. They reached a consensus on deepening their cooperation in the future. This visit and exchange formed a communication bridge and established a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two parties.
