Project: A Study of System Design for Cross-media Collaborative Creation

Notation is one of the most crucial tools for documenting and manifesting creative ideas. Starting from Labanotation, action images, motion capture data, and sheet music materials, this project aims to analyze the sharing logistics behind dance and music, to prepare appropriate AI algorithms to design this collaborative creation system. As the collaboration need has been mentioned in the previous paragraph. We hope to build a fundamental platform for artists to collaborate that reduces time and communication costs, thus encouraging creative expressions in a flexible way.
