Dr. Wu Man graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Tsinghua University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a Ph.D. in management science and engineering. Her research interests encompass the usability and user experience of information products, social computing and user behavior analysis, as well as the interaction and collaboration between humans and automation/intelligent systems (including artificial intelligence).
