Research Areas: Contemporary Art and Transmedia Practice; Localization of Critical Design; Emotional Design; Frontier Art and Design Education

Sun Ruiheng is a PhD candidate in Contemporary Art Practice and Research at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He holds a Master’s degree in Design Interactions from the Royal College of Art. His artistic practice spans moving image, installation, sculpture, painting, and performance, with a particular focus on the intersections and hybridization of different media.

In addition to his artistic practice, he has worked as a designer for a wide range of international and cultural institutions and brands, including Denso, Toyota, Dubai Airports, UNIQLO, Unilever,Vistopia, Xintiandi, FILA, and Simple Life Festival.
