President Liu Jun from City University of Macao and his team visited SFD

On October 17th, Liu Jun, President of City University of Macau, Chen Hansi, university director, and Xie Jiayi, the head of the university office, visited the Beijing Normal University School of Future Design. Wang Shoujun, Vice President of Beijing Normal University, Dai Wei, Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Campus Management Committee, Gao Peng, Dean of the School of Future Design, and Yan Shuai, Minister of Basic Education Development Management Department accompanied the research.

Vice President Wang Shoujun welcomed Liu Jun's team's visit and introduced the university's basic situation, development layout in the Greater Bay Area, and the progress of the Zhuhai campus construction. Dean Gao Peng introduced the school's achievements in digital design, virtual reality, design education and other fields since its establishment, as well as the discipline construction, talent training, cultural transmission and other aspects of development and planning. Liu Jun introduced the history and subject characteristics of City University of Macau and envisioned the cooperation of both parties in teacher-student visits, cultural exchanges, scientific research, talent training, and social services.

During the research, Liu Jun's team visited our teaching and office experimental space and the "Future Post Station" theme exhibition currently on display at the school’s art museum. They fully affirmed our construction and development and highly praised our school of the empowering role of design in the Greater Bay Area.
